Who are your scouts? How are they vetted? +
Our scouts are carefully selected based on their profile and trained on our structured review protocol, so they spot every detail that matters.
What if the listing is rented before the visit? +
It happens. If a place is no longer available before we visit, your payment is fully refunded or you can apply your credit to another property. No stress and no loss.
Do I need to be available during the visit? +
No. We take care of everything and deliver your full report when it is done. If you choose the Live Video add-on, we send you a time slot and a link so you can join and watch the visit as it happens in real time.
Who coordinates with the real estate agent? +
You coordinate the visit time with the agent and add it to our calendar. We handle everything from there: the visit, the review, and your report.
What if the agent refuses to allow the visit? +
In the rare case an agent refuses a third-party visit, you have 30 days to request a full refund or apply your credit to another property. We stand behind every booking.
